• Reservations will be guaranteed after a 50% deposit has been made in the account

Cancellations Policies
• No-Show ( low and high season)
• In No-Show cases if it has not been communicated of a cancellation up until 15 days of the check in date the deposit
will not be refunded.

Packages
• Cancellations up to 30 days before check in will have a reimbursement of 90% of the paid values.
• Cancellations of 30 days up to 15 days before check in will have a reimbursement of 50% of the paid values.
• Cancellations of 15 days up to 7 days before check in will have a reimbursement of 25% of the paid values.
• Cancellations with less then 7 days will not be reimbursed.

OBS. In any of the mentioned cases a fine of 10% will be given for expences made. If an early check out is made before the previous schedule date, full payment must be fulfilled.
